Sort function on Columns

Table data (records) can be sorted by a selected column in ascending or descending order where applicable. Such columns are indicated by a change is the mouse pointer.

To sort a column

1.    Place the mouse pointer on the column header.

2.    If the mouse pointer changes to, the column can be sorted.

3.    Click the header to sort the column.
